the staffs warm attitude was something i noticed immediately. they would always aks if i needed somethings, i felt welcome. the cakes in the afternoon was tasty especially the orange ones. i ate so many!

my room was small. i heard others had similar issue. it's true the sound proofing wasn't great. i did hear other people in nearby rooms.
