room cleaning occurred daily, so the rooms were very clean. the staff was quite friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast had a reasonable price, and i could pay after my stay, which simplified things a lot. a bus stop in front of the hotel made getting around easy.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station, offering easy access to transportation. it is about a 25-minute walk to the city center, good for exploring the area. several shops and cafes are nearby. This made it convenient for getting essentials.

the front desk team consistently showed a warm attitude and were always willing to assist. their helpfulness and courtesy created a cute atmosphere, especially ermitilio and costanza. they are very professional and also genuinely kind.

I found the staff to be helpful . Patricia D. at the front desk stood out with excellent service (her assistance was invaluable!). The room was spacious and very clean. Room cleaning occurred every day, which I appreciated. I found the beds comfortable.
The minibar did not cool drinks sufficiently. Because of this, I did not consume any product from it.

The hotel is near the metro station Anjos. It is also close to many restaurants. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center.

Breakfast had fresh options and variety. It was worth the ten euros. The selection was decent and reasonably priced (especially the croissants!). The chef prepares bread and some other delicious items.

the check-in process was smooth thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. i really liked the cleanliness and hygiene items were offered. the staff allowed us to leave our bags in the morning, hours before check-in, very convenient.
i found that the breakfast, while included, was not great. the variety was limited, and some items seemed stale. the coffee machine was often out of order, a real letdown.
