inconsistent experience, some disappointments
early bar closing unpleasant rolls
I found a couple of issues . The bar closed too early. Midnight is far too early. Several of us wanted one last drink. The breakfast room felt crowded. Queuing for coffee seemed like a chore. i found NO gluten free bread, only unpleasant rolls.

spacious room refreshing experience fresh ingredients
i found the rooms quite spacious and clean. the rooftop pool offered a refreshing experience. the breakfast buffet presented many choices with fresh ingredients.
the gym's limited equipment required some waiting during peak hours.

lovely hotel experience
attentive staff gluten-free options easy access rooftop pool
The staff was very attentive. breakfast offered a wide choice. I requested gluten-free options and received gluten-free breads (which was so nice). the hotel is near the yellow metro line and a short distance from the red line, allowing easy airport access. i found the rooftop pool area amazing, though the pool was a bit cold (something to be aware of).
I found the spa to be somewhat lacking. It did not fully meet expectations for a 4-star hotel.

the hotel has convenient access to metro and buses, enabling easy transit to popular tourist areas and the airport. its location on a wide, busy street did not impact noise levels inside the hotel (a welcome surprise).

the hotel is well kept. i found the lobby and breakfast area to be spacious and clean. the rooftop pool and bar offer a great view, perfect for relaxation after a day exploring. (be sure to check out the bar's hours though!).
