The front desk staff offered AMAZING assistance. They were helpful with directions. They even helped me book excursions. The breakfast was rich with many gluten free options.
The room I had was quite cramped. The bathroom was also very small. The towels felt old and rough.

I found the staff to be very friendly. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel's location was very central, with many attractions within walking distance! I really liked the cleanliness of my room.
The bar on the ground floor was occasionally unstaffed. It could have been more consistently available.

The rooftop bar offered amazing city views. Bartenders made perfect drinks. I found the location great. It was near must-see spots and the train station.

the location was perfect. access to the train station was easy. the room was spacious. it offered a beautiful view. the staff provided attentive service! the rooftop cocktail bar offered really good drinks.

amazing staff bluetooth speaker rooftop views
The staff worked hard to meet my needs. My Rossio Suite had plenty of space. I appreciated the Marshall Bluetooth speaker. I found the buffet breakfast on the 7th floor rooftop enjoyable and it had great views.

The staff was very friendly. the location was excellent. It was close to attractions and train stations. i found the views from the rooftop bar to be awesome.
The room cleanliness was not good. i also thought the rooms were small. the price was too much for a hotel like this. I do not consider it a five star hotel.
