The location was perfect (a minute from the city's heart!). The team sent WhatsApp messages ensuring I had everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and high-end bathroom.
There were not proper nightstands, frustrating. The cocktail at the bar was not good.

friendly staffleaking showerexposed electrical wires
the staff were friendly so i will give them that.
I found some issues . the shower leaked terribly. Water covered the entire bathroom floor so i used all the towels to mop it up. also, a wall light was hanging off after housekeeping came by. Maintenance took a day to fix it so i slept under exposed electrical wires for one night. the hotel REALLY needs to address these basic maintenance problems. They affected my stay considerably.

the breakfast had lots of range and flavours.
I encountered several evenings without proper hot water and this was unacceptable. there were also no proper nightstands. This proved very frustrating. the pool was also not usable due to a lack of heating.

The staff was attentive. They remembered my name and always offered help. I found the breakfast buffet quite generous with interesting options. The hotel's pool was like a tropical escape right in the city center. The overall design contributed to a stylish and relaxing atmosphere.
The cocktail quality at the bar was inconsistent, and some drinks were not well-prepared.

The staff showed really good kindness and addressed my requests promptly. They provided extra water and a kettle for tea without hesitation. Vera, the guest liaison manager, offered very friendly assistance and secured our restaurant reservation for the evening. The tropical fruit selection at breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The cocktails at the bar were only decent.

The breakfast had a great selection. It also offered options like small sandwiches. The staff was very friendly. The hotel's location is excellent. The metro station is a few minutes walk.
The internet was very spotty. I experienced lots of issues with it. The pool is not usable for half the year because there is no heating. There was no proper hot water multiple evenings. Bad cocktails were served at the bar.
