The staff presented themselves with great care. I also noticed the parquet floor which added to the room's appeal. Leaving my baggage before and after checking was simple. The 24-hour reception allowed such flexibility.

The hotel lacks a lift. Accessing the room with luggage required climbing several flights of stairs. This could be an issue with mobility challenges or heavy luggage.

The location offered convenient access to both bus and metro lines. Numerous dining options were nearby, including mini-markets and bakeries. The staff provided really good service and were consistently polite. I also appreciated the easy check-in process and the 24/7 reception.

Awesome Location and Super Helpful Staff!

fantastic location friendly staff clean room

This place boasts a fantastic location near Anjos station. Staff members are super friendly. They helped me with luggage storage after checkout! The rooms were also very clean for the duration of my stay.

I experienced some noise. I could hear sounds from surrounding rooms due to thin walls.

The reception operates 24 hours, very convenient. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The staff was kind and helpful at all times.

The street noise was somewhat noticeable, even with the windows closed.

The staff were attentive. They helped me anytime I needed. The location is very convenient, as Anjos Metro Station and a bus stop are a short walk away. There were also many shops and restaurants nearby.

The rooms are small. my room faced a busy main road, so it got REALLY noisy, even with the windows closed.
