lumpy pillows stained carpets
the apartment was clean and tidy, fulfilling basic expectations.
The bed proved quite uncomfortable. The pillows felt lumpy. furthermore, the hallway carpets exhibited stains. i also noticed some damage within the apartment itself.

Excellent stay near transport links
priced restaurant convenience store train station
I found having a reasonably priced restaurant nearby very convenient. A handy convenience store next door offered long opening hours. The proximity to the train station made access to the city centre easy in approximately fifteen minutes.

insufficient lighting perfumed hand soap
The bathroom lighting was insufficient. I struggled with makeup application each morning. also, i found the absence of a full-length mirror in the room inconvenient. the provided hand soap was heavily perfumed, though i would have liked a fragrance-free option. it caused a slight skin irritation.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks
musty odor unwelcoming conclusion
The train station was close. It made trips to the city relatively easy.
It raised concerns. There was also a noticeable musty odor upon entering the apartment. This was quite unpleasant. The staff pressured us to leave promptly at checkout time. It was not a cute conclusion.

Impressed by the amenities!

The apartment included a washing machine. This was VERY helpful. There's a local grocery and chicken takeaway beside the building. A bigger Tesco supermarket is also a short 4-minute walk away. The train station is only about a 6-minute walk.
I expected toiletries to be provided throughout my stay. I only received a starter kit and a request for more was refused.

The hotel provided a washing machine in the room, allowing guests to conveniently handle laundry , and there are close supermarkets. The train station proximity allows for efficient travel to popular locations.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a peaceful stay, and it is close to the train station for transport. The short train ride to main attractions, such as the Big Ben, takes only a few stops.
