Really good Stay Near Tower Bridge

I was given a modern room. It was clean and tidy. I found the room spacious. The panoramic views of the area were a plus (especially Tower Bridge!). The breakfast options had a good variety in the basement. i found the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions and local information. The location is excellent, really close to several tube stations. Several attractions are within walking distance from the hotel.
Some furniture had minor scratches.

The hotel's location is excellent. It provides easy access to major attractions. Tower Bridge and the Tower of London are a short walk away. Several Underground stations are nearby allowing for convenient travel throughout the city.

the staff offered an warm welcome! the room included a nespresso machine with plentiful refills. i found several easily accessible electrical sockets throughout the room. the proximity to aldgate station proved convenient for transportation.
the free wi-fi was under upgrade .

My stay included a very spacious room. It was a Premium King Room by the standards of properties in the area (I was surprised to see such a big room). The bathroom had a rainfall shower and very good toiletries. I did not need to use my own. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and other free items.
I had high hopes based on the brand and location, but my experience was not ideal. The room was small, and the windows did not open. This made the air circulation quite poor (I always prefer some fresh air). The air conditioning was inconsistent. It alternated between hot and cold.
