the location was convenient for getting around. the elephant & castle tube station and bus stops were nearby (this made transport simple). the staff were cute when i arrived.
the room was quite hot, even with the window open. the main shower head did not work properly so i used the pull-out one (the water temperature was fine though).

the staff was friendly and cute, which i found quite nice.
The shared bathrooms were not consistently clean. i also found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. this was frustrating after a long day.
