The Britannia Country House Hotel offers single, double, triple, and family rooms. Family rooms have one double bed and one single bed, or one double bed and either two single beds or bunk beds, or one double bed and either three single beds or bunk beds. Upgraded family rooms have more space and a separate seating area. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, en-suite bathrooms, TV, telephone, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. Double rooms have wider doorways, a shower over the bath, and a larger en-suite bathroom; these rooms are not bookable online. Ironing facilities and air conditioning are available.
Dining Options
The hotel includes Jenny's Restaurant, The Overstuffed Pizzeria, The Residents Bar/Java Lounge, and Jenny's Bar. Jenny's Restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast from 7:00am to 9:30am, with options including a full English cooked breakfast and lighter choices such as fruit and cereal. Dinner, also served buffet-style, is available from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The Overstuffed Pizzeria offers homemade pizzas, pasta, steak dishes, salads, and hot sandwiches. The Residents Bar/Java Lounge serves hot and cold beverages. Jenny's Bar, located inside Jenny's Restaurant, is open daily from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. Other attractions include Marie Louise Gardens (0.3 miles), Fletcher Moss Park (1 mile), and Chorlton Water Park (1 mile), offering options for walking, cycling, and fishing. Musical shows can be seen at the Palace Theatre.
