The location was convenient. The tram stop was just a couple minutes away. our room was modern and provided a great night's sleep. breakfast was AMAZING!!! it set us up perfectly for the day.

Paul and pauline are wonderful hosts. the breakfast was beautiful. the room was lovely and quiet. we will definitely return. It was such a great experience!
the bins in the rooms were not emptied . we had to reuse the same towels for several days. i would have appreciated a bit more attention to those details.

i found the free parking right outside was really convenient. tram and bus stops were very close, providing easy access to nearby areas (i actually used both!). the room was compact, yet it had a lovely modern bathroom and a good shower. breakfast included many choices, and i appreciated the cozy bar area.
the absence of daily bin emptying was a small inconvenience i experienced .

the owners were very friendly and helpful with directions. check-in was quick and easy, and they were always available to answer any questions i had. the hotel staff were attentive and quick to respond to my needs.

the location was great. a tram stop was very close on the main road. walking to the north pier took about 20 minutes.
the wi-fi signal wasn't very strong in my room.

i had free parking right outside the hotel. the tram stop was at the end of the road. the compact room had good wooden paneling. the modern bathroom also had a good shower.
the bins in the rooms were not emptied all week. we had to reuse the same towels for seven days.
