The entrance door was unlocked, anyone could access the hallways! this felt unsafe because i had to leave my room for the bathroom. the website did not clearly state that bathrooms are not in all rooms unless you pay for a family room. also, the mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring.

The large room comfortably accommodated three people, i appreciated the good price. The location was convenient as we visited an event nearby. The pub seemed decent although I did not spend much time there.
The spoon was missing. I needed to stir tea. It would have been convenient to have this small detail addressed.

It was convenient. The staff were really nice! i appreciate that staff used their initiative. they made me eggs in a bap when i was disappointed about breakfast being unavailable due to the quiet week.
the absence of hot water and a mirror in the bathroom was noticeable. there was also no toilet paper available initially. i had to specifically request these basic necessities.
