the room was clean and well-equipped i found a kettle with tea and coffee supplies the en suite bathroom was modern with ample toiletries the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with directions or requests. the location is central i appreciated its proximity to many shops.
i noticed some street noise entered the room due to thin windows.

The inn is located in the main area. The staff was nice. The room was very clean and tidy. It had everything I needed (including tea and coffee).
The room was smaller than expected. A work desk would be useful. Noise isolation was poor as I could hear cars driving by.

The bathroom looks renovated with a modern motif. The bedding and towels were immaculate. There are a lot of options for tea, shower gels and shampoo. Everything was clean and neatly arranged.

The location is perfect for the market and shows at the O2. Independent shops are right on the doorstep of this hotel. (It's a pleasure to stroll around them). There is an abundance of choice of restaurants within minutes of walk.

Heartfelt Stay in Greenwich
ideal locationpublic transport
The location was ideal. It sat close to the Cutty Sark, a monument I've long dreamt of seeing. a vibrant market adding a dash of local color. A public transport line nearby made traveling to the O2 arena simple. It was a perfect journey.

my room seemed smaller than expected. a work desk should be there but it was not included because the space is taken by the coffee maker. i found cracking wooden floor.

The room features cool furniture and a USB radio, and the staff, especially Anya, were nice. The location is great. Many food places are nearby.
The building had scaffold, so a scaffold platform obscures any view.
