the location was spot on. the apartment itself was spacious and had all the kitchen equipment i needed for cooking. also, the views of the shard from the apartment were a fantastic bonus! i especially appreciated the quick responses from the staff. They were really helpful.

The check-in process had a few too many steps. It required scanning and sending documents.

the location was easy for getting to restaurants and the underground.

The check-in process felt cumbersome. I needed to provide id and a deposit in advance. getting the building entry codes required a call after 3pm, and the email with the codes didn't come through initially. i had to call again and was put on hold, frustrating.

i was amazed by the kitchen it had a lot of equipment. the view was very nice and i was so happy to see the air conditioning.
