an okay experience

The staff were lovely. the hotel breakfast had a variety of choices and a help yourself hot breakfast buffet. It was very nice. my children especially loved the room's fancy coloring lights. we also appreciated the colouring sets and board games.

the room was cramped. i did not like how the double and king size beds were pushed together. i thought that was a significant oversight.

a decent stay

helpful host fresh bedding pretty cushions small bathroom bad smell congested entrance

the host proved helpful i got fresh white bedding it was very nice and neat the matching cushions and runner in the room added a pretty touch.

the bathroom size felt quite small it did not have a wash basin there also was no hand shower the entrance felt congested plus the entry lobby had a bad smell.

kevin and mai are great hosts. the hotel has a good location, close to the tower. the breakfast had a great variety, from fruit to a full english.

the room i had was a bit noisy due to street sounds.

the hotel is located about 5 minutes from the seafront and the tower. restaurants and bars are also nearby. access to public transport is convenient with the tram just a short walk away.

a lovely stay!!!

The hosts provided a baby cot. it was greatly appreciated. tea, coffee, and sugar were plentiful. I wanted for nothing. the beds were indeed comfy! the rooms were very clean.

the water pressure in the shower was a little too strong, so i had to adjust it carefully.

The owners were very polite and accommodating. I received a Family Room with a private bathroom. Games were available in the room, including a color changing light (my kids loved it). Breakfast offered a wide variety.
