clean room comfortable room excellent food room smell late check-in short pool-hours
The room itself was fine, super clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated this. Food was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or with room service.
I requested two adjacent or connecting rooms six days prior to arrival, but I don't think they did anything until we arrived. Check-in was late. We waited even though we arrived an hour after the scheduled check-in time. The room smelled of improperly washed cloth.

free transportation family room live cooking
i appreciated the free transportation to several malls it made getting around easier the family room included interconnected spaces each bathroom had either a shower or a bathtub breakfast had many choices with live cooking stations for eggs and indian dishes.
the pool closed relatively early at 7 pm which limited the time i could spend there.

staff made the stay
great staff helpful team sure return
the hotel itself is great. the staff makes it amazing. they work as a team. they helped us with everything we needed. i am sure i won't be disappointed if i come back.
the breakfast had little variety considering its price.

the hotel provides a pool table in the hall. there are many nice sofas for waiting. a shelf with books and a board game are available there.

the receptionist was very helpful. the staff was friendly. they decorated our room for our anniversary. i was provided transfer to burj khalifa.

the hotel is close to a supermarket. it is so close to dubai mall in a taxi. the location is decent. it gave me no issues to move around.

thin walls unreliable shuttle
the rooms were supposed to be soundproof but that just wasn't true. i could hear everything from the hallway and even outside. the walls must be paper thin. also, the advertised complimentary shuttle service wasn't reliable. it was always late, and sometimes it didn't even show up. i had to rely on taxis. this lack of punctuality wasted a lot of my time.

comfy beds helpful staff free wifi convenient supermarket
i found the beds super comfy. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the free wifi and the convenience of a supermarket just around the corner. there was also a pool table on site (a nice touch).
