The room was very clean and offered a nice view from the balcony. The staff were accommodating, especially Seng, and always provided really good service. I liked that the hotel was available on short notice and was pretty and clean.
The check-in process took a very long time. (It felt disorganized.)

The hotel's location provides convenient access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants. A restaurant with very yummy food sits nearby, and a supermarket can be reached within walking distance. This is convenient for quick meals and essential shopping needs.

The breakfast had a lovely spread (especially the pancakes!). While I could not experience the buffet personally, my aunt mentioned it was great. The staff in the dining area were polite and friendly during breakfast service.

The room offered wall-to-ceiling windows providing a nice view. The room was spacious, and the cleaning was perfect. The furniture was in great condition.

Parking is available and free . While I was unable to use the pool, it looked inviting. The hotel has five-star facilities. (I wish I had more time to explore.)

The hotel reception staff is respectful and very helpful. I want to acknowledge the front office manager and Rizwan at reception for their professionalism. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and nice.

The reception staff, particularly rizwan, was very helpful. the hotel maintained a clean environment, i liked that. i also received a complimentary upgraded room. That was a pleasant surprise.
the room amenities felt old and in need of updating. the wifi speed was not great, it was quite slow. i also found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited, and i wished there was more variety.

The location had easy access to what i needed. I credit the support staff. the lifeguard in the swimming pool area was especially helpful. the staff showed great accommodation and politeness from start to finish. They allowed me to check in early at 9am.
Old mattresses were left in the corridor.
