Sleep' n fly features YAWN Bunk Cabins and FlexiSuite Pods. YAWN Bunk Cabins (2.00 x 1.50 m) have single-size bunk beds (200 x 80 cm bottom, 190 x 80 cm top), mattresses, bed linen, teal pillow cases, individual reading lights, coat hanger, full-size mirror, bedside table, carry-on baggage storage, and fold-down table. Each YAWN Bunk Cabin includes individually controlled air-condition and access control via key card. FlexiSuite features a 90°-180° seat to flat-bed with individually controlled back and footrests connecting with a fixed ottoman seat and a 200x70 cm leather surface area. Also featured are overhead carry-on baggage storage, a coat hanger, large mirror, LED indirect lighting with dimmer switch, power/USB sockets, a reading light, a wooden folding table, a small waste bin, cup holders and storage space. Each FlexiSuite also includes individually controlled air-condition and access control via key card.

Each stay includes unlimited coffee, water, and soft drinks from a self-service beverage counter.

The FlexiSuite Pods can also be used as an office for comfort and privacy. Shared toilet facilities are available to all guests.

Sleepover Terminal 3, Concourse B - Formerly Sleep 'N Fly is a 5-minute walk from Airport Terminal 3 and 16 km from Business Bay. Landmarks near the hotel are Crossroad of Civilizations Museum (3 km), Camel Museum (3 km), and Dubai Tennis Stadium (2 km).

The hotel operates on a pay-by-the-hour basis with specific check-in and check-out time slots. The YAWN Bunk Cabins are for a max. 10-hour day stay only between 13:00 hrs (1 pm) and 23:00 hrs (11 pm) or an 8-hour night-time stay only between 23:00 hrs (11 pm) and 07:00 hrs (7 am). The FlexiSuites are for 8 hour night stay only between 23:00 hrs (11pm) and 07:00 hrs (7am).
