Underwhelming Stay Near JFK

The airport shuttle was prompt upon arrival at the hotel.
My experience had several issues. The room felt outdated. The furniture looked worn. the noise from outside was excessive. I heard constant traffic. It disrupted my sleep, and I did not feel rested at all.

I appreciated the convenient airport shuttle. It ran every half hour. the bar downstairs featured a skilled bartender. i found complimentary water refreshing in the lobby. the lobby was clean and inviting. It made waiting enjoyable.
i noticed a slight delay in taxi arrangement assistance from the staff.

A coffee machine was conveniently available in the snack area. there was also a tv screen downstairs displaying flight departure times. This was helpful to me.

i am grateful for my hilton membership. the cleanliness really impressed me and the cookies were a fantastic touch. the room had a very large tv and bed with a clean bathroom. the shower was also very good.
I did find that i had to pay extra for the parking and breakfast. I would prefer these to be included.
