The location was decent enough. There was a shop next door to purchase necessary items.
I found the room rather wanting. The shower stall was so cramped that turning around proved a challenge, and it seemed the cleaning crew overlooked a used soap from a previous guest.

The location is really convenient. i walked easily to the underground station and the dlr station! this made getting around super easy. the diy breakfast option was also great. It saved me time and money.

Check-in was SO easy! i scanned my photo id on my phone. I didn't need any physical documents. this place has such a good location with buses, the dlr, and a tube station right around the corner. it made getting around super convenient!
being a black person, i was sadly received poorly. the night staff lied too often, not nice.

the staff was friendly .
the room was not clean. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the shower was very small. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night. a fan would be beneficial.
