the air conditioning was very slow. it took 48 hours for the room to actually cool down. i booked a large studio apartment, but i was given a regular studio apartment. i didn't appreciate the dishonest approach here. i asked their agents about it, but they said different rooms have different layouts, but that still didn't make sense as to why the size is smaller than what i paid for.

the one bedroom apartment had double glazed windows. it was quiet, even though it was on a busy street. air conditioning was fantastic with individual temperature control in the lounge area and the bedroom. there was excellent access to moorgate and liverpool street underground stations.

the coffee place downstairs did not consistently apply the special discount for cove guests.

the location was great. it was close to shops and public transport to all the sightseeing spots. the apartment was beautiful and had everything i needed. check in was super easy (i was charmed by how smooth the process was).

the check-in process did not work for me. i never received the access code to get into the building or my room. i had to contact the virtual reception with the help of another guest to finally get in. there was no reception.
