slow cooling dishonest approach
the air conditioning was very slow. it took 48 hours for the room to actually cool down. i booked a large studio apartment, but i was given a regular studio apartment. i didn't appreciate the dishonest approach here. i asked their agents about it, but they said different rooms have different layouts, but that still didn't make sense as to why the size is smaller than what i paid for.

convenient location!
double glazed windows temperature control excellent access underground stations
the one bedroom apartment had double glazed windows. it was quiet, even though it was on a busy street. air conditioning was fantastic with individual temperature control in the lounge area and the bedroom. there was excellent access to moorgate and liverpool street underground stations.
the coffee place downstairs did not consistently apply the special discount for cove guests.

staff responded promptly when messaged. check-in was easy. being able to store luggage at a sister location was convenient, especially since i arrived before check-in time. the staff ensured a smooth experience.

the one bedroom apartment featured a comfortable bed, and large thick towels. it included a kitchen with a full-sized fridge. there was a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. extra towels and loo rolls were stored in the foyer.

The location was convenient for tube stations. it was easy to access heathrow via the elizabeth line. the building is in a business district. I didn't mind this.

great location public transport easy check beautiful apartment access code virtual reception check-in process
the location was great. it was close to shops and public transport to all the sightseeing spots. the apartment was beautiful and had everything i needed. check in was super easy (i was charmed by how smooth the process was).
the check-in process did not work for me. i never received the access code to get into the building or my room. i had to contact the virtual reception with the help of another guest to finally get in. there was no reception.

Efficient Stay Near Liverpool Street
comfortable bed fast response quiet apartment
The apartment felt secure. The bed was really comfortable and clean. Staff responses were fast when I sent messages. The location is close to Liverpool Street station. I really liked the double glazed windows. They made my one bedroom apartment very quiet even though it faced a busy street.

Access to the underground stations is excellent. Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations are near. This made traveling from Heathrow very easy on the Elizabeth Line. I think the location is perfect.

There is no actual dining on site. The apartment included kitchen facilities. Several shops, pubs and coffee shops are nearby. I found many options within walking distance.
