unpleasant smellcompromised privacy
The room smelled unpleasant upon arrival I suspect a deep cleaning issue. The bathroom door also lacked full closure leaving a noticeable gap this compromised privacy. I consider both unacceptable oversights in a facility of this supposed caliber.

the studio pad had a fridge and microwave. kitchen essentials were also provided. the bathroom felt spacious.

the room was very clean. the bed was super comfy and had a button to sit you up, i really liked that. the location was convenient as it was close to the tube. it made getting around quite easy.
the shower felt a little small for me, it might be an issue for some. i had hoped for drinking water in the room but this was not available.

the self check-in was very efficient after a long journey i appreciated the convenience the lobby was well designed and easy to navigate my queen room included dimmable lights with a relaxing atmosphere the capsule coffee machine in the room was a highlight for me providing a quick caffeine fix.
the security bolt in the room was somewhat difficult to operate i sustained a small cut while attempting to open it a more user-friendly version would be an improvement.

stratford station and westfield shopping center were within a comfortable ten-minute walk various shops were also nearby providing easy access to amenities and transport links made exploring the area straightforward.

the reception staff was helpful and approachable i found jack particularly useful the kitchenette in my room had sufficient space for basic meal preparation it suited my needs well.

breakfast was not included in my rate however the proximity to westfield shopping mall and stratford station meant many restaurants and food courts were easily accessible i could easily find various dining options.

the bed reclined allowing for adjustments for comfort a toaster and microwave were available in the room the shower was good the comfortable mattress and bedding ensured a restful sleep.
