attentive barman fair food price clean ensuite
the barman looked after me so well. the bar was very nice and the food was priced reasonably. the ensuite had a lot of towels and it was very clean
the lift wasn't working so i had to use the stairs

A Surprising Find
bottled water comfy bed local shops
The room had tea and coffee, bottled water, and nice toiletries, a REALLY nice touch. The room was clean. the bed was quite comfy, and local shops were within walking distance, which I appreciated.
The temperature control on the radiator was broken. I was not informed that breakfast needed to be pre-ordered the night before for delivery to the room.

The hotel had no breakfast facilities in the morning, this was a shame! I wasn't told to pre-order the night before to have it delivered. I also saw that the restaurant & bar was closed for residents.

The location was good for me, AS it allowed easy access to family and the motorway connection. Local shops were also easily walkable from the hotel. This feature added convenience. Parking was easy, too.

The room was quite spacious and the front desk staff was helpful. Free parking was available. The location is close to the town center. I purchased a full English breakfast in the morning, and it was delivered to my room.
Only one elevator was functional . It made moving luggage a bit slow.

friendly staff comfortable bed broken tv insufficient supplies
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Petrol Station is located nearby for snack foods. This was useful as I arrived late.
The TV in my room did not work at all. The window in my room would not close properly. I did not receive enough tea bags.

The family room was clean and tidy. Three bottles of water were available, as well as soap and shower gel. The value for money was good. The location is excellent (easy to find places).

The hotel provides free parking and wifi . They took care of my needs with warm hospitality (which i greatly appreciated).

The location offered convenient access to off-site airport parking. I found free parking available at the hotel. Staff members were helpful with directions. I appreciated the room's air conditioning system.
The lift maintenance was ongoing, and only one lift was operational.
