A Surprising Find

The room had tea and coffee, bottled water, and nice toiletries, a REALLY nice touch. The room was clean. the bed was quite comfy, and local shops were within walking distance, which I appreciated.

The temperature control on the radiator was broken. I was not informed that breakfast needed to be pre-ordered the night before for delivery to the room.

The location was good for me, AS it allowed easy access to family and the motorway connection. Local shops were also easily walkable from the hotel. This feature added convenience. Parking was easy, too.

The room was quite spacious and the front desk staff was helpful. Free parking was available. The location is close to the town center. I purchased a full English breakfast in the morning, and it was delivered to my room.

Only one elevator was functional . It made moving luggage a bit slow.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Petrol Station is located nearby for snack foods. This was useful as I arrived late.

The TV in my room did not work at all. The window in my room would not close properly. I did not receive enough tea bags.
