i was so happy with my overnight stay, especially since the staff were friendly and cute. the food was great (especially the pasta!) and the room offered good comfort. staff were helpful with local directions and enquiries too.

the long-life milk cartons in my room didn't look fresh, they were all gloopy. i didn't want to chance it, so i skipped my morning cup of tea. i hope they check those more regularly.

The guest house is attached to an italian restaurant. This provides convenience. i ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was fabulous, with a very kind staff member. a little grocery store is a short walk down the road, a bonus!

edison was a perfectly kind staff member who helped me as much as he could. they were helpful when i was unable to arrive by the late check-in time. i phoned and they sorted out ensuring i could gain access easily.

the location is excellent, it's less than 10 minutes to heathrow by public bus. you can catch the bus right outside the door, very convenient. for my needs, the location was ideal.

the room floor was noisy. the beds felt unstable if moved incorrectly. there was only one double plug in the entire room. one side of it was broken.

The on-site parking was a great convenience. I found a space easily. The staff was very helpful, especially when I needed assistance with a late arrival. The location is superb. I also loved the Italian restaurant downstairs. It served amazing food.

The long-life milk cartons in my room looked less than fresh, so I skipped my morning tea.

The hotel provides ample parking spaces right in front, a great convenience arriving by car, and its proximity to local shops to buy coffee and sandwiches is a bonus. The attached restaurant is a fantastic addition, providing great food.

the room i got was missing some essentials , you know. nowhere to hang my clothes , which is frankly unbelievable. i mean , how am i supposed to unpack and feel at home? it seemed like they just forgot this basic thing , or maybe they thought i wouldn't notice , how cheeky. also , the hot water situation was a bit of a letdown , wasn't constant , a very unpleasant surprise.

the staff was friendly and cute, , made a difference. i found the food to be great and i enjoyed it. the room was comfy too, always a plus.

my only real complaint is there wasn't a shuttle to and from the airport. even with an uber, it was still cheaper than other hotels. the bus route could have made it cheaper too.
