The room was REALLY well-equipped I noticed! it was clean, and comfortable! the shower was very GOOD! a great above-bed light helped a lot

I FOUND no hand wash was provided in the double room. Luckily, we also had the family room that did have hand gel.

the reception staff was accommodating. the room included fresh towels, also toiletries were provided. i had easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel also provided complimentary wifi, which i found very convenient.

the staff seemed helpful. they let us drop our luggage early. the location is really good, close to town center. i had a later check out, which helped my plans.

the room needed a redecoration. the carpet was threadbare. there weren't many tv channels available.
