long waitstaff communication

Check-in took an unreasonable amount of time. Only two staff members were present. I waited almost two hours to complete the process. There was no clear organization. There were also communication difficulties as most of the staff had limited English skills. I later experienced food poisoning after eating at the hotel restaurant.

mixed experience with airport transfer issues

The airport shuttle was NOT convenient at all. i had an early flight. it only operates during limited hours. i ended up paying a lot for a taxi. this was quite disappointing considering it's supposed to be an airport hotel. also, the duty manager seemed uninterested in helping me get a taxi to the airport. It reminded me of i had to figure everything out myself.

Excellent Airport Hotel Stay

My room was quite spacious. I made use of the gym and found three treadmills available. The outdoor pool area included about twenty loungers. Breakfast offered many choices including both hot and cold selections.

The coffee machine in the room was a little tricky to use initially.
