the hotel is very close to the airport. they have a shuttle bus, it can pick you up from the airport. i waited in the shuttle bus area.

the proximity to the airport was very useful. check-in and check-out were very quick. the beds and showers were comfortable. the hotel was very nice.

i was told to pay a deposit. i was informed it would be returned at checkout, but the receptionist said there was no cash available. i was told it would be credited to my account, but i haven't received it. the hotel isn't responding to calls or messages.

the staff were friendly upon arrival, therefore i have no complaints about that.

The complimentary tea bags lacked a kettle for hot water. I had to request it via room service at a late hour. they provided a thermos, but its cap was defective. Boiling water splashed everywhere during pouring, a burn hazard i was not expecting. i also heard much noise from an adjacent room despite its door being locked.

i found a café and lounge in the reception area. the beds were comfortable. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the in-room fridge and personalized safe were useful additions.

i experienced a lack of willingness from the front desk employee to accommodate changes. requests to extend my stay or change the room were denied. i found this inflexible and inconvenient.
