The hotel had a great location near the sea side! friendly staff were always ready to help. Breakfast offered a really good selection of items. I also appreciated how close I was to the major attractions.
The soundproofing in my room was not good. I could hear traffic and other noises outside. It really impacted the quality of my sleep. The hotel should improve the sound insulation.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful especially erlend at check in. the airport express bus stop is just across the road , made transfers simple. the location is convenient being in the center of the city. i found this location.
check-in took longer than expected due to a lengthy process with many screens and questions.

the breakfast was acceptable! with a variety of choices.
I was annoyed to find the room quite small. It felt cramped with luggage. the thermostat didn't seem to work correctly. The room was either too hot or too cold. the staff at the front desk was often busy. Getting assistance took longer than expected.

The hotel benefits from an ideal location. Tour coaches and airport transfers stop right outside. The chapel view from my window was lovely. Waking up to snow-covered rooftops added charm. The bed was comfortable after days exploring (so great after a long day!). I also found the breakfast healthy and plentiful. The location provided easy access to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet had many healthy choices. The room had a perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. I really enjoyed the sauna and fitness room. Their location on the 10th floor provided great views. The location is perfect. It.
The shower design allowed water to spill onto the floor. It required extra towels to manage.

the breakfast had multiple vegetarian options. gluten free meals were also available! the location was amazing. sauna facilities were available, which i enjoyed after a long day.
The level of the stay didn't meet my expectations of a radisson hotel. the room was mostly clean. However the bathroom could have been cleaner.
