superb location friendly staff clean room high price limited facilities coffee station
the location was superb. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean. i appreciated that the hotel had a focus on sustainability.
the rooms are certainly not worth the price. the facilities in the room are very limited. there was no hot water kettle for such a cold place, and no coffee or tea station either.

airport shuttle quiet atmosphere small room stained pillows
The location is convenient. It is close to the airport shuttle drop-off (this made arrival easy). The room was clean. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere within the hotel.
The room was quite small for two people (I booked a standard double room). I found some pillows with stains. I also found that one side of the bed was against the window.

the location was perfect for exploring the city center. i appreciated that it was a short walk to shops and restaurants. the staff were helpful when i needed directions and the room was clean. i found the bed comfortable for a good night's sleep.
the room lacked a mini fridge which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold

i found the laundry room very convenient. i appreciated the hot water and cutlery in the lobby area. the nearby Xtra coop supermarket made things easier.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the main street. The self-check-in process was straightforward. Assistance was available when needed. Luggage storage was available, offering practical help. I found the staff to be friendly and ready to help with directions.

The room had a large window, stretching from the ceiling to the floor. This feature gave a nice view of the surrounding area! I noticed the rooms were clean. There was no fridge, but the staff stored items in a communal fridge.

The location is downtown. It is easily walkable to various restaurants and shops. The hotel is very near the city center. The main street is right next to it. It is also a short walk to the harbor area.

There isn't any included breakfast option. A grab-and-go stand is available. Coffee costs extra for non-members of the hotel chain. This option consists of a bag including a sandwich and yoghurt.

Ladies at reception were polite and very helpful, and I saw them offer tour information. The night receptionist was polite and helpful, assisting with queries. Staff kindly kept our snacks in a communal fridge overnight when we asked.

The hotel has self-check-in and check-out facilities. Airport bus stop is just a block away from this place. The hotel features excellent luggage storage. It's a very handy service. No hot water boiler existed.
