convenient stay with harbour views
central locationhelpful staff
the hotel location was very central. shops and restaurants were close. i had a comfy stay with helpful staff. we saw the harbour from our superior double room. breakfast had many choices. supper was included too.

I found my stay to be quite accommodating, especially with the included supper at the adjacent hotel aurora. the variety of dishes was a pleasant surprise. breakfast was also included, and it met all my needs quite well. the harbor view on the fourth floor was definitely worth the upgrade. The spacious room offered a beautiful view.

The location provides easy access to the harbor. It is near the main square, a convenience. I enjoyed the breakfast. There were good choices. The staff members seemed quite helpful, I liked that.

the location is superb. i could see the northern lights right from the hotel! the staff was friendly. i found it very comfortable and cute.
The kettle lead was too short to reach the plug. I had to balance the kettle on the floor.

the location was acceptable, being close to the waterfront.
The room lacked essential storage. I found it quite inconvenient. there were no drawers available, and i had to keep my belongings in my suitcase. the kettle cord also did not reach the outlet, requiring me to place it on the floor for use. This was not ideal.

The included meals were a real treat. Breakfast offered a great selection, and I enjoyed it. Fika was a good addition with coffee and sweets available each afternoon. The central location was AMAZING!!!
My room lacked daily cleaning. I needed to request service one day in advance. This included only rubbish removal and changing towels. Vacuuming was not included, a downside.
