adequate stay overall
helpful staff comfortable beds friendly service poor cleanliness numerous bugs faulty shower
the reception desk staff were very helpful. they always had a smile. they talked to both the children and adults. the beds were comfortable.
the cleanliness caused some concern. i could easily overlook it. it was only a room to sleep in. i did not spend a full day in it. there were many bugs on the ceiling and walls. the shower did not work well. it was too hot. i could not adjust the temperature easily.

big room cosy room superior room
the room was quite big, i got a superior double room. it had three big windows, it was amazing. the heating worked great too, the room was lovely and cosy.
the elevator was out of service, i used the stairs.

friendly staff perfect location positive atmosphere
The staff were great, and they were very friendly. the location was perfect as it was close to corner shops. the positive atmosphere was great! the manager was so kind and helpful. I appreciate it. i would return.
the paintwork had a crack, and there was a damp patch on the ceiling from a leak.

breakfast includes fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items such as scrambled eggs and bacon. coffee and tea are available all day in the dining area, so that was convenient. the food was AMAZING!!!

the hotel is directly opposite a tram stop, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the sea views are lovely, especially from the higher floors. there are corner shops close to the location.

the room had everything i needed and was clean. extra towels were provided quickly upon request, very helpful. the superior family room had ample space for luggage. the room was tidy.

The hotel provides free wifi throughout the building. the bar opening. fetching extra toilet paper was fast. It was all wonderful, so i appreciate it!

comfy bed decent room games room
the staff were great the bed was really comfy. the room was a decent size a games room was available. i could play pool listen to music and buy drinks at the bar
the bar area was unattended for extended periods during the afternoon
