charming stay near the promenade

the room was clean and comfy i found a nice bar area i liked the seating available outside the hotel toiletries were available and the towels provided were large i felt very accommodated. the hospitality tray in the room was a nice touch i appreciated the thoughtful additions. the staff were very nice and cute i felt very at ease.

the room felt quite small i thought more storage would be useful for three guests the bathroom door did not shut properly and could not be locked i hope this can be addressed.

the hotel is near the promenade it offered convenient access to nearby attractions and the seafront i found a chippy only 30 seconds away providing a quick and easy meal option. many amenities are within a 5-minute walk.

the breakfast offered a good selection of items i found the food to be freshly prepared and satisfying there was nice outdoor seating for breakfast the hotel had a nice bar area as well with helpful staff.

the double bed was just a springy folding bed. it was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement, resulting in a sore back. also, the shower's temperature control came off in my hand and was quite dirty underneath..

the hotel boasts amazing facilities, and the overall vibe felt quite modern. i found the room to be more than adequate and very clean. i slept amazingly well there, as the area was very quiet in the evening.

The room lacked a sink in the bathroom. It was in the bedroom.

Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommend!

I was greeted by the most wonderful young woman at check-in. She was super friendly and just couldn't do enough. The location is perfect, only a quick jaunt to the beach and south pier. tons of shops and restaurants are nearby. My room was more than adequate and super clean. I slept so well because it was so quiet.
