The location was acceptable. It was close to attractions.

The room was very cold. The radiator did not work at all. a window would not shut properly and it caused a draft. drinks glasses were not cleaned properly. They still had lip marks on them from previous guests.

the location was acceptable, near the main attractions.

the tv was so small, like a tiny laptop. also, the staff said there were not enough guests to make breakfast, a different excuse than the leak i heard on the phone. that really annoyed me.

staff were FRIENDLY. the location was good, NEAR the station and pubs.

The shower did not GET hot in my single room. there WAS no switch to turn it on, so I only had cold water. also, there weren't any toiletries PROVIDED in the shower. Just handwash near the sink, which i found ANNOYING.

The room was clean. It had everything i needed. the central location was convenient. Everywhere i wanted to go was close.

I was told i could only have one cup of tea or coffee per day. I needed more due to my health. the bathroom accessories were rusty. I noticed mould on the sealant around the shower.
