the family room bunk beds we booked had ample space the beds felt new and the kids loved the bunk bed setup we were able to park right outside the hotel which was really convenient especially with all our luggage breakfast was freshly cooked each morning which was a nice touch and saved us time.

the shower took a little while to warm up each morning it wasn't a major issue just something i noticed

the manager was very cute and helpful. the location was great with easy access to nearby attractions. the room was clean and well-kept, which i appreciated.

The room smelled slightly of damp, which wasn't very pleasant. the shower head rail was broken. a plug socket in the room was also broken. I found this a bit concerning.

the room felt overpriced at £120. pigeon droppings covered the window. the view overlooked a dirty back street creating outside noise. also, excrement stained the curtains, and the shower dispensed only cold water.

Dean, the manager, was so thoughtful. He opened the bar just for my partner and me. Breakfast was excellent, a delicious start to each day. I appreciated the short walk to the town center, so convenient for exploring.

The shower in our room had some mould, which needs addressing. It did detract a little from the otherwise lovely stay.

The King Room Ensuite included comfortable bedding. It provided a peaceful rest. The room was very clean and tidy on arrival. I had ample space for my belongings. The ensuite bathroom contained complimentary toiletries. They were a good touch.
