small roompoor cleaning

the room were really small, especially with my luggage. i had difficulties to move around, and there wasn't much space to unpack. also, the cleaning wasn't good. i had to ask for new towels and empty the trash myself. this, since i expected better service for the price i paid.

My room was exceedingly small. The interior was simple. The price was NOT cheap given the room's deficiencies. The wall WAS quite dirty in several places.

i cherish the convenient location near the shops. breakfast felt amazing with everything appearing fresh. it was so easy to hire outdoor clothing, and the pickup service from the hotel made life much easier.

The room felt pretty small for two people. There was no kettle or cutlery in the room.

I found the location convenient, right in the city center. the staff were very helpful and always available. i especially liked the complimentary tea and coffee available all day. It was a nice touch. breakfast offered a very good variety of options each morning.

the room was a bit on the smaller side, making it a little tight for luggage.

The room had everything I needed for a short stay. The bedding felt clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the helpful and respectful staff. It was nice I could easily walk to many restaurants and the downtown center.
