Charming Stay!
comfortable bed blackout blinds nespresso machine friendly staff
The room was a pleasant Standard Double Room. It featured blackout blinds, a coffee maker, and a very comfortable bed. I slept so well. The breakfast had excellent variety with freshly made pancakes and a Nespresso machine for coffee. The staff was helpful and friendly. They quickly addressed a minor request I had.
The room was a bit warm, and I struggled to find a way to adjust the temperature besides opening the window.

The reception staff offered assistance with directions and local information. They provided prompt service and were always available. I felt very welcome. Their positive attitude certainly enhanced my stay.

The location was central and convenient. It made exploring easy. I was able to walk to many shops and restaurants. This was great! The airport bus stop was also nearby.

noisy room intrusive staff
The room i occupied faced the restaurant entrance, which resulted in unwanted noise early each morning. furthermore, on the day of departure, cleaning staff entered my room without waiting for a response after knocking. I found this intrusion unacceptable. this interruption caused considerable discomfort as i was still dressing before breakfast..

great location comfy beds heated floor
the hotel location IS GREAT, only minutes away on foot from the main street and the port. This is where many activities start. I found many restaurants and shops close by. The comfy beds and clean bathroom met my expectations. The bathroom even had a heated floor.
i FOUND BREAKFAST to be very stressful because there were so many people.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. its quality was noticeable, especially the fresh fruit. the location was convenient, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff offered helpful shopping tips. This saved time and money.

The location offered easy access to the city center. The breakfast included many choices and fresh ingredients. The reception area had coffee and water available at all times.
My room was not ready when I arrived at the scheduled check-in time. I had to wait for a considerable amount of time. The cleaning service did not replace the coffee in my room after cleaning one day.
