warm welcome comfortable bed plentiful breakfast

vicky gave me a warm welcome at check in. the room was clean and the bed comfortable for one night. breakfast was plentiful and also delicious. the location was ideal for getting around.

some issues need attention.

non-functional kettle old television

I found the room quite small. the provided kettle did not work, a basic amenity i expected to function. furthermore, the television was old and also not working. These issues detracted from my stay.

mixed feelings about my stay

cold bathroom damp wall

The room felt rather cold upon arrival. The heating only became functional the next morning. i noticed some dampness on the wall above the bed. the bathroom lacked a radiator, leaving it uncomfortably cold. This was a significant drawback.
