dirty sinkmoldy taps

The bathroom sink was dirty and the taps had mold (i really didn't expect that). i found a dirty ear bud and sweet wrappers on the floor when i first entered the room. the shower head also really needed cleaning. i felt the bed was not supportive. It was like sleeping on a plate of jelly.

the staff members were lovely and created a very cute atmosphere. the hotel offered a tea and coffee station in the room which was a real plus. i found a fan already in the room and it was ready to use during warmer nights. the location was convenient, close to amusements and the promenade.

The shower head could use a thorough cleaning. It looked a little moldy.

A bar was available, and i noticed a pool table ready for a game. This provided some extra entertainment options. the hotel is near a free cash machine. it is near several convenience stores. i found this to be a very convenient feature.

The owners, paul and sue, along with their staff, were great. Nothing seemed too much trouble, at all. the team worked hard to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay and felt welcomed. i felt they really cared.

The staff had a family feel. I think they don't know what the word 'no' means. Nothing was too much trouble. The service at meal time was prompt. They change menu items for personal dietary needs within reason. The rooms are super clean.

There was kids running around and banging on doors on several occasions. The location of the hotel is not the best.

The staff are friendly. They are cute. Staff always takes the time out to chat with you. The staff is cheery. This makes the place feel more inviting.
