Superior rooms add extras like dressing gowns, smart TVs, chocolates on arrival, and late check-out at 12pm. Family rooms include seating areas. Ground floor rooms are accessible with one step from pavement to the guesthouse frontage and three steps from frontage to the front door with a handrail on the right.

the room was perfectly comfortable, it had everything i needed. the breakfast was excellent , i really enjoyed it. the value for money was amazing , i would definitely stay there again.

i did notice a slight dog smell upon entering , it could be improved with better ventilation or air fresheners.

alton greeted us warmly on arrival. he helped with our luggage to our rooms. the rooms were lovely and cosy.. they were also very clean. there was tea and coffee in the rooms, also a fridge with fresh milk.

i noticed people in the room directly above us got up at 6am every morning. they started moving around and talking. it woke us up since we were on holiday.

Alton was very cute on arrival. I found the room very clean. The location is great for access to the south pier. Breakfast was really good with several options.

Alton showed me the car park after a late arrival. The room was lovely and suited my needs. The fridge already had milk.. what a welcome surprise! Extra tea and coffee were available in the hallway, and there was even an honesty fridge with snacks and drinks.

I couldn't find clear instructions for adjusting the room temperature initially, so I had to contact reception for help.

alton was friendly and helpful . our room had a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk. the breakfast included many options, from hot dishes to a selection of cereals.

the bathroom did not have good water pressure in the shower. this made rinsing shampoo difficult. fixing this would improve the experience.
