great location friendly staff clean room incorrect photos nighttime noise broken tv
The location is spot on! I walked easily to the beach and attractions. The room was very clean. I loved the staff. They are very friendly.
The room I got was not exactly the one I booked. The photos online did not match the actual room I received. The noise at night kept me awake. People ran around at 2 am. The tv did not work either. It was disappointing.

poor water pressure excessive noise
The shower was a HUGE disappointment. The water pressure was almost nonexistent. It made it hard to get clean. I also found that the noise levels were a problem. I could hear EVERYTHING from the nearby rooms and the hallway ALL night.

convenient location affordable car park early check-in dirty floors unmatched bedding cluttered stairs
The location was convenient. It was near the two big piers. I found an affordable car park available and used it . I appreciated that the staff let me check in a little early.
The floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and main room looked like they needed a good cleaning. I think the bedding didnt match and looked used. The stairs had clutter. I was expecting that dining room will be available but it was unavailable.

the location suited my requirements. it was acceptable.
the room i was assigned was not clean. i noticed hairs on the bed linen. this was unacceptable, and i expect better hygiene standards.

promenade location lovely owner comfy beds
the location proved great for our stay. the hotel is very close to the south pier and right on the promenade. the lady who runs the place is very lovely, she.). the beds were super clean and very comfy.
