the ROOM was immaculate. facilities were very clean and covered in plastic. i felt safe from germs. bed felt so comfortable. breakfast was excellent it felt the best in a long time. gail and antony felt amazing and very cute.
i booked single room. the shower room is very small to move about in. i am less than average build. a privacy net curtain is needed for the window. the room feels hot at night. i wanted to open the window slightly.

the breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit. there is a selection of yogurts. hot options include scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request, this makes the dining inclusive.

our room featured individual climate control. this made adjusting the temperature easy. the room also features a flat screen tv with cable channels. the private bathroom includes complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer, it has everything you need.

the reception desk operates 24 hours. staff can arrange airport transfers. luggage storage is also available. daily housekeeping ensures a clean room every day, a very valuable service.

the room was immaculate (the attention to detail was excellent). the staff confirmed the door code beforehand. i especially liked that the facilities were very clean. i will definitely stay here again.
the window in my room did not seal properly. wind howled through it during the entire night. i think they were aware of the issue, as they had attempted to fix it.

broken remoteerratic shower
The staff was friendly enough upon arrival. our room was not what I expected. The television remote did not function, a minor annoyance at first. I reported this to the front desk the next morning. Sadly it remained unresolved . Also the shower temperature was erratic. It fluctuated between scalding hot and ice cold without warning.

The room was lovely, so clean. I found some nice touches like a sewing kit and free earbuds provided. The hosts are cute. I would come back and suggest it to anyone.
I found a window that did not seal very well. The wind sound was loud all night. I think they knew this because something was put in the gap.
