Convenient and cozy!

heated floor free waffles

I found the location very good for seeing the sights. Staff are helpful. I enjoyed the free waffles in the afternoon. The heated bathroom floor was a treat.

cozy stay near everything

great location helpful staff

the location proved fantastic. staff remained very cute, and i loved having waffles plus hot drinks available. a lift was also present. i liked room 401.

the shower water did not drain correctly. i showered with my ankles submerged. the reaction was not good when i reported this to the reception.

dusty room broken fridge

My allergies acted up because the room was quite dusty. the fridge was also out of service upon arrival (and remained that way). i reported it to the staff several times, but maintenance never came to fix it. What a joke (they really know how to run a tight ship, don't they?).

urine odor dirty floor

the room i had smelled like urine, even after opening the windows the odor persisted. the floor also seemed quite dirty. i found this very unpleasant and it really impacted my stay. it's definitely not what i expected, and i'm frustrated that this wasn't addressed properly before my arrival.
