the location proved fantastic. staff remained very cute, and i loved having waffles plus hot drinks available. i liked room 401.

the shower water did not drain correctly. i showered with my ankles submerged. the reaction was not good when i reported this to the reception.

My allergies acted up because the room was quite dusty. the fridge was also out of service upon arrival (and remained that way). i reported it to the staff several times, but maintenance never came to fix it. What a joke (they really know how to run a tight ship, don't they?).

urine odordirty floor

the room i had smelled like urine, even after opening the windows the odor persisted. the floor also seemed quite dirty. i found this very unpleasant and it really impacted my stay. it's definitely not what i expected, and i'm frustrated that this wasn't addressed properly before my arrival.
