Palma Suites is located in Old Town. The suites come equipped with home technology, continuous high-speed WiFi, and a Samsung SmartTV with on-demand movies and international cable channels. Rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, soundproofed rooms, and garden furniture. Bathrooms provide free toiletries. Family rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and slippers. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Suites include parquet floors. Some suites have a washing machine. Cleaning service is daily for stays up to 6 nights and twice a week for longer stays; daily service is available for an extra cost. Extra beds are not available.

Dining experiences

Guests can enjoy fresh produce from the gardens, olive oil, and local recipes. The menu includes 7-8 different taste experiences based on traditional island cuisine, made with seasonal ingredients from local origin. Other drinks can also be enjoyed on the terrace by ordering them at the 24-hour bar next to the reception.

Guests receive full access to an Activity Calendar, which contains insider tips and information for living like a local in the capital of the Balearic Islands. Palma offers guided city walks to learn about the historic Palma. Visitors can explore the medieval Arab capital, medina Mayurca, gardens, patios, Roman-era artifacts, and architecture from the 20th century. Palma Sport & Tennis Club in St Catalina, with 5 clay courts, a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant, is about 5 minutes' drive. Titos, the most famous disco, features 3 dance floors on 3 different floors and several VIP areas. The tepidarium features a dome in the shape of a half orange, with 25 round shafts for sunlight, supported by a dozen columns.

Mallorca Fashion Outlet is accessible by train on the mainline to Inca. La Ruta Martiana, Palma's weekly Tuesday tapas route, takes place just outside the front door. S'Hort del Rei gardens are a pleasant place to sit beneath the fountains. The courtyard, laid out in 1309 and flanked by palm trees, is at its best in the late afternoon when the sun falls on the cathedral towers overhead.

the noise insulation was very poor. i could hear people swimming and talking at the rooftop pool, even from my room. street noise at night also made it difficult to sleep.

Fantastic City Center Stay

The team there are lovely and super helpful, nothing reminded me of too much trouble. My room was fantastic. I loved having a kitchen and living area since I stayed for four nights. The rooftop was fabulous.

The rooms are definitely not sound proof despite being advertised as such. A suspicious amount of homeless people and suspected prostitutes loitering in the near area every day for the week of our stay. Low ceilings +beams are easy to hit your head, even in the shower.

The location allows easy access to many restaurants and shops because the hotel is situated within walking distance from them. It is convenient to explore the historical center. Major attractions are easily reachable.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace and bar that guests can enjoy after exploring the city. There is also a small rooftop pool available for cooling off on hot days. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby parking, costing 10€ per day.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable living area. The bathroom included fluffy towels. Good storage space was available and the bed was really comfy, (I loved those two different pillows!).
