The location is AMAZING. It is right by the beach. Beach loungers are available to hire at a reasonable price. Staff members are very friendly. Palma is easy to access via a bus stop near the hotel. The bus runs every 10 minutes and takes about 20 minutes to the city.
The room decor felt a bit dated.

the location was divine. we stepped right onto the beach, so close i could almost feel the water from my room. the bus stop was just a short walk. dinner was so great each time, and the service gave a pleasant feeling.

The hotel location was convenient. It was directly across from the beach. The staff was helpful. I hired beach loungers easily. The hotel restaurant provided a lovely lunch.
The hotel seemed outdated. I noticed the shower was loose. There was a lack of ambient lighting in the room. I only saw bright white lights. The room decor seemed from the 1970s.

the staff were so friendly! the hotel's location near the beach but outside the city was perfect. beach loungers were easy to hire (i got one every day!). palma is easy to reach by bus from a stop about five minutes away.
the shower leaked. we had to pay extra to use the safe. there was no drinking water in the room, a surprise.
