The Single Room includes air conditioning, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a safe deposit box, a tumble dryer, parquet floors, heating, and a flat-screen TV with international channels. Standard rooms feature french balconies, air conditioning, a fridge, a safe box, a hairdryer, and a TV with international channels. Large rooms add a sitting area and include bathrobes and slippers. The Feliz Suite provides a separate bedroom with a spacious renovated bathroom, a living room with a sofa and a dining area, and a terrace with a sitting area, sun beds, and a view over the bay of Palma and the harbor. thin walls hot water
the walls were really thin! i could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. it was hard to sleep with all the noise. plus, there was no hot water in the room which was very annoying after a long day.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I received a welcome glass of bubbles during check-in. The rooftop terrace had sunbeds and a smaller pool with a view over the bay.
The room had an awful smell. The place did not feel fully clean. The dehumidifier in the room made a loud noise it was annoying.
