super clean room sunny front elegant hotel unfriendly staff cold breakfast unprofessional staff
the room had a super clean feel. it faced the square in the front. there was a lot of sun. the hotel felt classic and very elegant
the staff were not friendly. they were also not professional. breakfast eggs and bacon were served almost cold.

fine hotel!
superb location quick check-in comfy room good drinks
the location is superb! it is just opposite the town hall. check-in and check-out were quick. the room was super comfy with a huge bathroom. the hotel café is great for an aperitif or nightcap. it has very good drinks! most sightseeing spots are a short walk from the hotel.
during this visit, the bar service was not good. one staff member seemed rude. i hope my next visit is as great as before!

the rooms are decorated nicely. beds are very comfortable. i loved how spacious the room was and its great décor! the bathroom was huge with two sinks and a rainfall shower.

the hotel features a sauna and fitness area for guest use. a lovely massage is available, which i enjoyed. the pool area provides a relaxing space with comfortable seating, it looked really nice!!! the ground floor bar is gorgeous and luxurious.

the hotel is centrally located. the location is perfect for exploring. the hotel is opposite the town hall and near a pedestrian zone. the hotel has easy cab access, very convenient for getting around the area.

The room was super clean! The staff checked in every day with water, such a nice touch (I really appreciated that).
I went for lunch and waited forever to be served. The girl who served us seemed indifferent (not the best experience).

fantastic experience at a chic hotel
central location lovely design adjoining access
The hotel location was very central. Everything felt close. it was easy to reach all attractions and the soller railway station. the design was very lovely. The hotel felt bright and chic. i appreciated the adjoining access of the two rooms for our family.
the air conditioning in the room was not fully functional. although the room felt comfortable, it seemed a little small.

The hotel has a charming patio. Guests may have breakfast or dinner there. the terrace is lovely and tables are reserved for hotel guests, sun or shade is available, which i found very considerate.

The staff was cute. They helped us with an early check-in, which i appreciated a lot. the staff were also helpful with a late check out. i found the service to be very attentive.

The design and colors of the interior are beautiful. I loved it! the room offered a wonderful view. the bed felt super soft and very comfortable. It was a great addition.

The hotel overlooks a square. It is quite nice with bars and restaurants. it is centrally located in the heart of the city. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
