limited breakfastsmaller room size
the breakfast options were limited. there were only a few choices available. i missed a wider selection. the room size felt smaller than expected. the space around the bed was tight, and i felt somewhat restricted.

the room was not what i expected it was small i booked a double room with a balcony but the balcony was tiny the evening staff were much more helpful than the day staff a male receptionist spent all his time on his mobile

Excellent Hotel Experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the location convenient, within a short walk to the city center. The rooftop pool area and the indoor spa offered a restful place. I especially appreciated the in-house café. The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced.
The electricity kept switching off from the electrical box in my room, even when nothing was plugged in.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. Great toiletries were provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed having a window seat.

The hotel location is central and convenient to an airport bus stop. I could easily walk to restaurants from the hotel. It was only 15 minutes to the railway and bus station from the hotel.

The staff were always available and accommodating to any requests. The room was very clean, and it was serviced daily. I was always greeted with energy and enthusiasm from the staff members there.

Breakfast had a good selection of freshly prepared food, served by respectful staff. The hotel restaurant offered good breakfast options. I used the hotel restaurant for afternoon drinks too. It was all good.
