The hotel has single rooms (12 m²), standard double rooms (14 m²), comfort double rooms (16 m²), and superior double rooms (25 m²). Some superior double rooms have courtyard access, and one includes a private terrace. Twin beds are available and can be separated upon request. All beds are 2 meters long; double beds are 1.60 meters wide, and twin beds are 0.90 meters wide.

An impressive breakfast buffet is served from 8 AM to 11 AM with high-quality fair-trade coffee, loose tea, freshly pressed juice of Majorcan oranges, and bread from a local bakery. Guests can help themselves to boiled and fried eggs, Spanish tortilla, local cold cuts, cheeses, salads, and pastries. Traditional rice pudding, homemade brownies, mini pots of porridge with strawberries, and fresh fruit are also available. The ground floor bar serves soft and alcoholic beverages until 1 AM.

Guests can unwind on the tranquil covered roof terrace on the third floor, which has city views. There is a plunge pool and solarium on the first floor with views over the rooftops of the old town, Palma's Cathedral, old city, and harbor. A patio area with a small swimming pool is available.
