our superior suite had character. a nice terrace. i enjoyed wine and cheese there several times. the breakfast staff was nice, even packing a sandwich for my airport departure. the location met my needs.

The air con did not work well. The room was unbearably warm. i found that the room needed sprucing up, i didn't like it.

I found the staff friendly. They were also accommodating. the room itself felt luxurious and comfortable. It included all amenities i could want. the location is excellent! i particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast included with the room.

the rooms were beautiful i found the concierge very helpful he arranged baby sitting for us. breakfast was also very good it had great variety. our room readily accommodated our party of three the pull out bed was perfect for our son.

i thought the interiors were a bit dated especially in the bathroom the shared pool on the top floor is very small. i noticed it was not heated and there are no other shared facilities. the tv in the room is not smart so no streaming is possible.
