The Puro House, an annex, provides 11 superior rooms with salons, a show kitchen, terraces, and jacuzzis. Some rooms also feature sound systems and iPod docking stations. Room service is available for food during restaurant hours and for drinks 24 hours.

The Beatnik Restaurant & Bar offers Asiatic, Latin American, and Mediterranean dishes. The menu includes lobster rolls, tempura prawns, and tuna sashimi flatbread. The hotel staff welcomed me with a glass of wine upon arrival. They took care of check-in efficiently.

There were several issues in the room I occupied. The hairdryer did not function correctly as it switched off after twenty seconds. The bathroom lacked a hand shower, including only a ceiling-mounted showerhead. The curtains had a large tear and the door gap allowed light to flood in at night

the hotel is lovely. the staff are attentive and kind. breakfast included many healthy options. i found it good. there was a great welcome from luciano at this hotel. the location helps with walking to city sights. the rooms offer comfort.

everything in the building had problems. the ac was out in all rooms. it began at 7 am. the spa took twenty minutes to warm up. employees walked in during my time.

The room was spacious. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered good value for money and had nice choices.

The hotel did not have coffee making facilities in the room. I was told that room service was not 24 seven in that particular hotel. The gym was in the Sister hotel and it would have to be booked. I found this inconvenient.
